What is the risk of choosing the wrong buyers agent ?

  • Choosing to work with the wrong buyers agent can be incredibly frustrating and costly. Inexperienced agents may fail to anticipate pitfalls, while some experienced agents may not have the patience to teach first time buyers. 

What is the risk of choosing the wrong listing agent?

  • If you choose the wrong agent as a seller you may find yourself sitting on a listing that's been overpriced or learning later that you left tens of thousands of dollars on the table because your agent did not know how to reach the ideal buyers for your home. Or, perhaps you lose a contract or two if your agent does not properly qualify buyers.

Isn't easier to just pick and agent based on Google or Zillow reviews?

  • You cannot rely on online reviews. It is too easy for people to artificially boost good reviews. Even if the reviews are legitimate, they only tell you a small part about an agent's experience. You need to know so much more before entrusting an agent to guide you in spending hundreds of thousands even millions of dollars.

I feel pressured to hire a friend or family member who is an agent. What can I do?

  • This is a very common challenge for people and one of the most common reasons people call agent revealed. They don't want to be in the uncomfortable position of choosing one agent they know over another. The reality is that hiring a friend or a family member who is not the absolute best qualified agent to represent you is a recipe for disaster lost relationships.

    By engaging Agent REvealed they can tell their friends that they engaged an independent service hire an agent so they wouldn't have to upset any one.  There will always be some disappointment but in the end, they will understand why you made the right decision.

I am presently in a listing agreement but the agent is not selling my home. What can I do?

  • If you feel you've made the mistake of hiring the wrong real estate agent to sell your home you are most likely contractually bound to see it through with them until the expiration date of the contract. Sometimes there are escape or cancelation clauses but you need to be very careful before doing this and discuss it with your attorney.

I am already working with an agent I found, but I do not like them. Can I break up with them?

  • As a buyer if you are working with an agent presently, you should be loyal to them unless they are no longer representing your interests well. If you have a signed representation agreement with them you should discuss the agreement with your attorney before making any moves. In the absence of such an agreement a courteous letter to the agent letting them know you are seeking other representation would be appropriate.

What kind of properties do you find agents for?

  • All sorts! Residential, commercial, multifamily, luxury, investment, and so forth.

How long does it take for AR to match an agent with me?

  • It varies depending on what our customer requires. Typically it takes 24-48 hours, but situations requiring agents with a unique set of skills may require several days and multiple calls to ensure we vet the agent properly.

What will be initial call to Agent REvealed be like?

  • During our initial call we will be asking everything from general contact and location questions to detailed questions about the property you are looking to buy or sell and your timing. We will ask you about your experiences in real estate thus far including your experiences with real estate agents both good and bad. We want to learn everything we can about who you are and your unique real estate needs.

How do do you find the right agent for me?

  • As licensed real estate professionals we have access to a wide variety of public directories and private databases which allow us to identify who the players are in a given area, their specialties, and their professional experience.

How does AR know if an agent is right for me?

  • Once we have created a list of qualified agents we reach out to the agents individually to ask them detailed information about their experience, their credentials, and their approach to working with customers. We want to know how much business they're doing, what kind of business they're doing, if they have had any disciplinary actions brought against them, and if they are full time agents or weekend warriors. We even ask questions to help us evaluate their personality and work style in order to make the best match with you.

Does Agent Revealed pick just one agent for me or can I choose from a couple selected agents?

  • Most of our customers just want us to find the right realtor for them. Some however would like us to provide a couple of profiles and then make the final decision for themselves. Whatever you prefer.

What does this service cost me?

  • Agent REvealed is a complimentary service to you. We will be compensated by the agent we match you with if and only if they get you to a successful closing.


Am I required to use the agent(s) AR recommends?

  • No. You are never obligated to use the person Agent Revealed recommends. However, we are confident you will want to.

What if I do not like the agent that AR recommends?

  • If you do not feel the agent we have found for you is a good match, just let us know and we will find you another.

I don't speak English well. Can Agent REvealed still help me?

  • If you have a preferred language or if you have any special needs that would be better served by one agent over another, please let us know. Do everything in our power to find you the best match available.

Can AR find an agent for me outside the USA?

Generally speaking our services cover the United States and Canada, but we can often assist elsewhere. Do reach out to us and we will be happy to help if we can.

Agent REvealed is part of a real estate brokerage. Is that a conflict of interest? 

We strive to operate at the highest ethical standards just a we expect of the agents recommend. We will always avoid the potential for conflict of interest. If our brokerage provides real estate services in a locale and we cannot make an unbiased recommendation, we will never do so.

Why doesn't Agent REvealed provide matching services in some areas?

In areas where our parent company, The Atlas Group Realty Services, LLC., operates we do not offer our Agent REvealed matching services. If you do need real estate services in these areas, we would be happy to have one of our local agents reach out to you. 

As of August 2023 these areas are Hernando, Citrus, Pasco, Sumpter, Pinellas, Hillsboro, Osceola, and Orange Counties in Florida.
